Hmm Shivani's right....Rice paper or wafer paper is edible....but tastes awful...LOL. They use it for decorating cakes also. I didn't find any other variant.

Hehe It's a neat idea for a cake topper, true....but sadly no....there won't be any cake topper for the wedding. Interesting point about the edible paper....I wonder if there is such a thing??
