<manshuv> It does have some resemblance, now that you mention it. As far as I know Grameen bank makes loans to people who need it for their businesses and farming or whatever, but this guy is just loaning out small sums of money to people, which look more like personal loans.
<manshuv> This is really weird: A Latvian moneylender who only needs your soul as collateral. You go to this guy, he will make you sign a contract that says if you default, you will lose your soul. IF you don't repay, he won't force you or anything, you just don't have a soul. That's it.

<manshuv> Yeah the Japs are not known for this knd of thing. Apparently this guy was drunk about two years ago on some Japanese show as well.
<manshuv> I am surprised that a Japanese got caught in this. If a FM sees no point in a summit of G7, he shouldn't be there in the first place.

<manshuv> Just coming back from Indy 500 Museum. Quite little place with about 70 Indy racing cars. Worth the two hours spent there.
